FAQ / Answers
Below are the most common questions travelers ask about bookings, payments, cancellations, and general travel support. These answers help you understand how our system works and how to prepare for a smooth trip to Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, or India.
1. How do I make a booking
You can book directly through our website by selecting Flights, Tours, or Visa services. Choose your dates, enter traveler details, and complete payment. A confirmation will be sent to your email once the booking is successful. You can also call us on 02 8094 8024 to book with one of our IATA-trained consultants.
2. How do I receive my booking confirmation
After successful payment, a confirmation email is sent instantly to your registered address with your booking reference, traveler details, and itinerary. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.
3. Can I modify my booking after payment
Any changes made after confirmation may incur fees or affect pricing, and for flights, name changes are not possible once tickets are issued — your passport name must match exactly at booking. Contact our team with your booking reference to check what's available.
4. How do I cancel a booking
Contact our support team to request a cancellation. Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the service and how close to departure you cancel. No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
5. When will I receive my refund
Refunds are subject to the airline, tour operator, or supplier's own terms, and may exclude non-refundable components. Our team will confirm the applicable refund conditions for your specific booking and keep you updated once it's processed.
6. Do I need a visa for international travel
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. We assist with visa documentation, appointment scheduling, and form filling for Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India — final approval rests with the relevant embassy or consulate.
7. Do I need travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss is strongly recommended, especially for trekking itineraries in remote areas of Nepal.
8. Which airlines do you book with
We act as an agent for major airlines flying to Kathmandu, including Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, Air India, and China Eastern/China Southern. All flight bookings are governed by the operating airline's own terms and schedules.
9. What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled
Airline schedules can change, and as your booking agent we're not liable for delays or cancellations caused by the airline. Contact our support team and we'll help you understand your rebooking options with the airline directly.
10. What documents do I need for international travel
You'll typically need a valid passport, visa (where required), and return ticket. You're responsible for having valid travel documents — our consultants can advise on Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India-specific requirements.
11. How do I choose the best tour or trek package
Consider your destination, budget, group size, dates, and desired activities. Our IATA-trained consultants can help match you to the right package — from cultural circuits like the Buddhist Circuit to treks such as Everest Base Camp, Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, and Mustang.
12. What payment methods are accepted
A deposit or full payment (where applicable) is required to confirm your booking, with final payment due by the date on your invoice. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
13. Can I book for someone else
Yes. As long as the traveler details match their passport or identification documents exactly, since airline tickets cannot have names changed after issue.
14. What happens if my baggage is lost or delayed
Report the issue to the airline's baggage desk immediately. Baggage allowance varies by airline — generally 23–30kg checked, depending on the carrier.
15. Do you offer support during travel
Yes. We offer 24/7 customer support, with a Sydney office and a Kathmandu office for on-ground assistance in Nepal.
16. How early should I arrive at the airport
For international flights, arrive at least three hours before departure.
17. Can I get help with group, corporate, or charter bookings
Yes. We handle family, corporate, student, sports, and charter group bookings, including customised packages tailored to your group's needs.
18. How do I know if my booking is refundable
Refund rules depend on the specific supplier — airline, hotel, or tour operator. Ask our support team to confirm the conditions attached to your booking before you pay.
19. Why is the price different from what I saw earlier
Prices change based on availability, season, demand, and supplier updates, and are only confirmed once full payment is received.
20. Do children need separate tickets
Yes. Infants, children, and adults fall into different fare categories, and rules vary by airline, so accurate age details must be entered at booking.
